Financing through Volkswagen Credit Services is an excellent pathway to owning your own Volkswagen. Volkswagen’s Online Finance Application makes applying easy. Just be sure to have the following items on hand: The desired model and trim, Trade-in make and model (if applicable), Monthly rent/mortgage, Contact information, Employer address, and Gross monthly salary. Once approved, visit Bob Moore Volkswagen to complete the purchase of your next Volkswagen. To ensure you arrive at the finance office fully prepared, please bring the following with you to the Bob Moore Volkswagen:

• Your valid driver’s license
• Proof of Employment and/or income
• Proof of Your current address (i.e., utility bill)
• Proof of insurance and agent contact info
• The vehicle’s title or financing information if you plan to bring a trade-in

You’ll receive a response immediately when you apply online through Volkwagen’s Finance Application. After applying, find out your contract and how to keep your VW in good shape with Bob Moore Volkswagen’s Service Center.

Is Your Volkswagen Lease Ending Soon?

If your lease end date is approaching, be sure to take the correct steps before the end of your contract.

1. Inspection. Visit selfschedule.aiminspect.com or Call Alliance Inspection Management at 1 844-264-9704 to have your Volkswagen inspected for any needed repairs or damage.
2. Repair (if needed). If required, have Bob Moore Volkswagen’s Service Center make any repairs to avoid extra fees upon turn-in. If you have repairs completed, email the following items to [email protected] before turning in your vehicle: Repair order showing work performed, and vehicle description, VIN and/or account number, Proof of payment, and Date the repair was completed.
3. Final Payment. Reminder to make your final payment before turning in your vehicle.
4. Turn-in Options. Upon turning in, you’ll have three options: Get a New Volkswagen, Purchase the Leased Vehicle, or Return your vehicle.
5. The Invoice. Once your turn in your vehicle, you’ll receive your final invoice in the mail in about four to six weeks.
